fhfun will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or fhfun receives a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days with prior written notice.
fhfun's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines or in jurisdictions approved by the NPC for cross-border data transfers. Where personal data is transferred to a third-party service provider located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game server operators), fhfun ensures that such transfers are subject to adequate safeguards, including data processing agreements that incorporate the NPC's standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
fhfun will not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that the NPC has determined do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate supplementary safeguards.
fhfun's platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR's age restrictions for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. fhfun does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
All accounts undergo mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process before real-money gameplay is enabled. If fhfun becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed, any funds returned net of bonuses via the original payment method where practicable, and all personal data pertaining to the account deleted, except where retention is required to document the age violation for regulatory reporting purposes.
