IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and fhfun ("fhfun," "we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the fhfun platform at fhfun.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
fhfun is an online gaming and casino platform operated in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The platform provides access to online casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting to eligible players in the Philippines.
These Terms apply to all users of fhfun.org, including but not limited to individuals who browse the platform without registration, registered account holders, and players actively wagering real money through the platform's gaming services.
fhfun reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, all players must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use a real-money account at fhfun. This requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) fhfun account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. fhfun employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations. If duplicate accounts are identified, fhfun reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated gameplay and bonuses, and return deposits made through legitimate means to the verified account holder.
fhfun is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. Before processing any withdrawal or enabling real-money gameplay, players must complete KYC by submitting:
fhfun reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the prescribed timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. fhfun recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. fhfun will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to fhfun support immediately via the platform's live chat service.
fhfun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Payment methods available to any specific player may vary depending on verification status and account standing.
The minimum single deposit is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Deposits are credited to the player's fhfun wallet in real time for e-wallet transactions and within five (5) minutes for bank transfers, subject to payment provider availability. fhfun does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own service charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within two (2) minutes during normal operational hours. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day. fhfun reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity occurs for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. fhfun may apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 on dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing thirty (30) days written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support and completing re-verification.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by fhfun are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the applicable validity period. Failure to meet the requirement within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.
fhfun strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, using automated software to optimize bonus play, or wagering in patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms (e.g., hedging bets across outcomes). Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and associated winnings voided without notice, and the account may be permanently suspended.
fhfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the effective date of change.
All games available at fhfun are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, and other PAGCOR-approved studios. Each game is governed by that provider's individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in licensed studio environments. Neither fhfun nor its game providers can guarantee outcomes, and no gaming system or strategy can reliably predict or influence results.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, fhfun's system will record the state of the game at the point of interruption. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, wagers placed in that round will be returned to the player's account. fhfun's decision regarding malfunction-related disputes is final, subject to PAGCOR review upon formal complaint.

fhfun staff are not authorized to override a player-requested self-exclusion. Any player who self-excludes and subsequently attempts to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account will have all associated accounts permanently closed and balances forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

fhfun reserves the right to withhold and investigate any balance associated with an account under investigation for prohibited conduct. Final determination of fund disposition in fraud cases will be made in coordination with PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the fhfun platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database compilations, game graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and trade names (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the proprietary property of fhfun or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform Content without the prior written consent of fhfun.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fhfun's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fhfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or interruption of play, whether or not fhfun has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
fhfun does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on their own devices.
fhfun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by fhfun's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering with fhfun, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Players may exercise their rights under the Data Privacy Act, including rights of access, correction, and erasure, by submitting a written request to the contact details set out in Section 14 of these Terms.
fhfun reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, fhfun will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' notice to registered players via the email address on record or through a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections and clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without prior notice.
Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease use of the platform and may close their account in accordance with the account closure process described in Section 3. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Players with a complaint or dispute against fhfun must first submit the dispute to fhfun's internal customer support team via live chat or the registered contact email. fhfun will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through fhfun's internal process, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution division, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties to the extent of PAGCOR's regulatory authority. Disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.
